Our range of services start from single desk / boardroom table moves through to a complete business relocation to a new site. We specialise in small to medium size businesses. Furthermore, we are constantly monitoring the removals market to ensure our business rates are the best in town.

From experience we’ve found that excellent time management is key for every office move. We understand the time pressures you are under to get your staff safely and securely into their new home, so missing deadlines is not an option. Working with us will provide you with one less thing to worry about allowing you to get on with your normal day job.

bOOKING

We believe professionalism shines through all the work we do. Our initial consultation will be used to help us understand the type of move you are looking for. We would then recommend an on-site visit to help us better understand the key requirements and don’t worry, this is totally free. Should you be happy with our suggested services, we’ll begin work as soon as you are ready.

Need a bigger truck or more movers?

2 hour minimum charge.
We do not charge any call-out fee within Eastern Suburbs.
When the job is outside the Eastern Suburbs, the fixed travel fee agreed before the booking will be added.
Rates are charged in 30 min increments.
Please note a surcharge of 15% applies on evenings, Sundays and Public Holidays.

    I was recommended Vanmates by 2 friends and I can see why. I used them to move my 3 bedrooms house (Oct 2019) and they were amazing. I asked them to dismantle and resemble all beds which was all done very efficiently. They also do a pack service as well as just small jobs. Can’t recommend them highly enough

How does your hourly rate work?

We start the job on arrival at the pickup address at the agreed time. The hourly rate finishes when all your items have been moved and you are happy with that. Duration is being rounded up to the minimum time or to the next half an hour above.

 
How can I pay for the service?

We accept cash, bank transfer, and debit/credit card payments. Please note that debit/credit card payments incur a 2% surcharge due to bank fees.

 
When do I need to pay?

We do not require any payment upfront meaning you only have to pay for the service when the job is completed and you are satisfied with the outcome.

Can you issue an invoice?

Yes, if you’d like to get an invoice, please email us on info@vanmates.com.au stating your name, company name, ABN, and address.
