Was really pleasantly surprised about how great these guys were!! As they were cheaper I wasn't sure but they were so professional, also wrapping everything and moved things so quick!! Very happy with them. Most removalists have 2 hour minimum which I didn't need and it cost me less as they did it in less than 1.5 hours. Highly recommend and will use again!10/28/2019
I was recommended Vanmates by 2 friends and I can see why. I used them to move my 3 bedrooms house (Oct 2019) and they were amazing. We start the job on arrival at the pickup address at the agreed time. The hourly rate finishes when all your items have been moved and you are happy with that. Duration is being rounded up to the minimum time or to the next half an hour above.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and debit/credit card payments. Please note that debit/credit card payments incur a 2% surcharge due to bank fees.
We do not require any payment upfront meaning you only have to pay for the service when the job is completed and you are satisfied with the outcome.
