We will look after your every need for pickup and delivery. The service includes two men with a van allowing you to transport as many items as we can fit, such as a washing machine, fridge, bed, couch, and more. Our dedicated removalists take extra care to securely wrap and protect each item, ensuring everything arrives safely and undamaged.

We do not charge any call-out fee within Eastern Suburbs.
When the job is outside the Eastern Suburbs, the fixed travel fee agreed before the booking will be added.
Rates are charged in 30 min increments.
Please note a surcharge of 15% applies on evenings, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Is there a minimum time required for the service?

As we have defined our moving service in two categories (pick up/delivery and home removal), it depends on the service you book. Home removal is usually a more complicated job which has a requirement of 2 hours minimum, meanwhile, pick up/delivery – 1 hour booking.

How do you calculate the price once the minimum time is reached?

Once the minimum time is reached, rates are charged in only half an hour increments.

How can I pay for the service?

We accept cash, bank transfer, and debit/credit card payments. Please note that debit/credit card payments incur a 2% surcharge due to bank fees.

When do I need to pay?

We do not require any payment upfront meaning you only have to pay for the service when the job is completed and you are satisfied with the outcome.
